Job summary

PepsiCo in Bowie, TX is seeking a route driver to service local stores on a fixed route and deliver orders on a daily basis. Youll drive a PepsiCo truck, verify deliveries, and help ensure shelves remain stocked and displays updated throughout your shift.

The role involves lifting and moving product, training provided, and frequent interaction with store teams to support national and local initiatives. A strong work ethic and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Pay: $64,000 Annual Target

Location: Hwy 59, Bowie TX 76230

Schedule: 5 days on and 2 days off, days may vary at first during training, average start time is 3am - when work is complete
