Job summary

PepsiCo in Carrollton, TX is seeking a full-time route driver to service local stores with PepsiCo products. The role involves driving a PepsiCo truck, delivering orders, and ensuring on-time, accurate check-ins.

You will unload, stock, and rotate products, while building strong relationships with store managers. Training is provided, and the position offers competitive pay and health benefits as part of a long-term career with PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
