Job summary

PepsiCo in Fort Worth, TX seeks a full-time route driver to service local stores. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.

You’ll use provided tools to record daily activity, build trusted relationships with store managers, and support national and local initiatives. Training is provided, with a schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off, averaging 3am starts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Must be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Schedule: 5 days on and 2 days off - days will vary, average 3am - till work is finished

Minimum Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
