Job summary

PepsiCo in Plum, PA is seeking a dedicated delivery driver to service local stores on assigned routes. You will be responsible for delivering and checking in orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining records with provided tools throughout your shift.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with store managers to support growth, secure displays, and execute both national and local initiatives. Training is provided, and a full-time schedule offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

• Schedule: 5 days on 2 days off, days off varies, M-F, Sunday wednesday off, sunday monday off, tues/weds off, thurs/fri off, fri/sat off, different possibilities for routes that they will cover, 2:00 AM - 2:00 PM
