Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route driver in Hollister, MO to service local stores and deliver and check in orders. You will unload product, stock displays, rotate inventory for freshness, and build strong relationships with store managers to drive sales and execute initiatives.

The role includes on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and full-time benefits. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Schedule

5 days a week., Start times range from 5-7 AM each day. End times depend on when the work is completed. Expected average is between 8-12 hours days from start of shift.
