Job summary

PepsiCo in Franklin, LA is seeking a delivery driver for a full-time local route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness for shoppers.

You will build strong relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute nationwide and local initiatives. On-the-job and classroom training are provided in a high-energy environment with opportunities for long-term career growth at PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Pay: $62,100 Annual Target

Schedule: varies by route, 3AM-5AM - varies by route

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
