Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated delivery driver for West Monroe, LA, starting on a 3:00am route schedule. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, service local stores, check in orders, and stock shelves while maintaining accurate records with provided tools.

You will build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and display execution in line with national and local initiatives. This full-time role includes on-the-job training and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
