Job summary

PepsiCo in Harahan, LA seeks a route delivery associate to operate a PepsiCo truck on local routes, serving stores with care and ensuring timely deliveries.

Location: 721 Elmwood Park Blvd, Harahan, LA, 70123-3311 Quick Look Pay: $64,000 Annual Target Location: 721 Elmwood Park Blvd, Harahan LA 70123-3311 Schedule: 5 Days work and 2 days off weekly, with schedule given 4 weeks., 3AM-5AM - Varies by route

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
