Job summary

PepsiCo in Portsmouth, VA is hiring a full-time Route Delivery Driver to serve local stores on a PepsiCo route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload, stock shelves, and build relationships with store managers to grow sales.

Location: 1200 Court Street, Portsmouth, VA, 23704 Quick Look Pay: $64,000 Annual Target Location: 1200 Court Street, Portsmouth VA 23704 Schedule: Variable schedule, 2 days off per week, Depends on the route. Average start time 5AM but can be as early as 2 AM depending on route - When work is completed

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays and execute national and local initiatives
