Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time Route Delivery Driver in Fort Wayne, IN. You will travel a PepsiCo route, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness for customers.

On-the-job and classroom training are provided; you will build strong relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute local initiatives, working a schedule that varies weekly with early hours.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
