Job summary

PepsiCo in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a full-time delivery driver to stock shelves, deliver orders, and build relationships with local store teams. You’ll start at 5:00 am and work 8-10 hour days with five scheduled days per week and two days off.

Training is provided and benefits are offered; you will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, check in orders, unload, rotate inventory, and maintain records using on-board tools.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
