Job summary

PepsiCo in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a route delivery driver to service local stores on a PepsiCo route. You will unload, stock, rotate inventory, and maintain delivery records using provided tools.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 40 lb, and a customer‑facing mindset to build relationships with store managers and execute national and local initiatives. Training provided and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
