Job summary

PepsiCo in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Delivery Driver to operate a PepsiCo truck on a local route, delivering and checking in orders with store teams and ensuring product freshness through stocking and rotation. Training is provided to use the daily tools and system.

You will develop relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute national and local initiatives while working in a high-energy, hands-on setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older (age requirement).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a PepsiCo truck on a local route to service stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams, collecting proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory for freshness.
• Place orders and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and secure displays.

Quick Look Pay: $64,000 Annual Target

Schedule: Candidate will start in the relief pool so days will vary., Start time approximately, 4-5am - Work until schedule is complete

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
