Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full‑time route delivery driver to service local stores in Erie, PA. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain records with provided training tools.

You’ll build trusted relationships with store managers, support national and local initiatives, and participate in on‑the‑job and classroom training. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and customer service on a fast-paced daily schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Schedule

Sunday-Thursday, Tuesday-Saturday, different days off each week, 2:00 am - 2:00 pm

Minimum Qualifications
