Job summary

PepsiCo in Belgrade, MT is seeking a full-time route driver to deliver and stock products at local stores, ensuring freshness and inventory integrity. You will unload, rotate stock, and check in orders using provided tools with training provided.

The role requires building strong relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute local initiatives. Schedule varies with start time at 4am and ends when work is complete.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
