Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a delivery professional to drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route in Union Grove, WI, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory to ensure product freshness. You will start in the relief pool and days will vary, with start times around 4–5am and shifts continuing until the schedule is complete.

As a full-time driver, you will deliver orders, collect proof of delivery, and build trusted relationships with local store teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
