Alsco Uniforms in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Route Relief/Utility RSR who delivers outstanding customer service while supporting routes across the service area. You will up-sell/cross-sell services, handle on-route tasks, and assist with rush deliveries and route audits.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or similar experience.
• Excellent communication in English and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license; CDL when applicable; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes as needed for holidays or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training and other tasks as directed.
• Solicit new customers and up-sell/cross-sell products to ensure profitable mix.
• Maintain route paperwork and ensure timely deliveries and inventories.
