Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Helena, MT is seeking a Route Relief Utility Driver to support service departments by delivering and picking up linens on assigned routes, respond to customer needs, and upsell services. You must be 21+ with a valid license (CDL if applicable), a clean driving record, and at least two years in sales, delivery, or customer-facing work.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, delivery, or public facing work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Maintain a valid Driver's License; CDL when applicable; must be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and pick up soiled linens on assigned routes safely and on time.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build loyalty and strong relationships.
• Upsell services and refer leads to Sales; communicate with decision-makers to resolve concerns.
• Follow Service SOPs for installations, deliveries, and account management.
