Job summary

LinPepCo Partnership is seeking a route-based recycling associate to collect, verify, load, unload, and bale recyclable beverage containers along scheduled routes. You will drive to redemption centers, sort materials, and maintain secure handling of cans and PET materials.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, pallet jack or forklift certification, and strong communication skills to ensure accurate documentation and safety compliance on every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license required.
• Valid pallet jack and/or forklift certification as needed.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to safely operate all material-handling equipment.
• Adherence to all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Working knowledge of applicable DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive to designated redemption centers along the scheduled route to collect recyclable materials.
• Count and verify collected materials and provide reimbursement documentation to redemption center.
• Unload recyclable materials at Company's recycling location.
• Sort and separate materials into appropriate containers for recycling.
• Bale aluminum cans and PET materials.
• Clean and maintain the interior and exterior areas of recycling shed.
• Meet established productivity requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
