Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Operations Manager in California to oversee daily field operations and drive service quality. You will supervise, train, and coach the operations team while coordinating with leadership and field staff to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business administration preferred.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role (at least 2 years of general management/supervisory experience).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
