Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Route Manager to lead service delivery, mentor drivers and front-line staff, and drive district growth. This full-time management position focuses on customer satisfaction, staff development, and operational excellence across routes.

You will train teams, conduct audits, recruit and onboard, and maintain strong customer relationships while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in training, goal setting, employee development.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Clean driving record (CDL not required).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Military experience valued and encouraged.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Leading, training, and mentoring route drivers and customer service representatives
• Conducting regular customer service audits and resolving service issues promptly
• Supporting route operations during employee absences, including driving routes as needed
• Driving growth and performance across your district through service excellence
• Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and reinforcing our service commitment
• Performing all other duties as assigned with a proactive, team-first mindset
• Other duties as required.
