Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Route Manager to lead and grow service delivery across the assigned district. You will supervise drivers and CSRs, mentor staff, and ensure customer satisfaction through audits and proactive issue resolution.

This role emphasizes training, goal setting, and employee development while maintaining a strong focus on customer relationships. Occasional route driving and up to 50% travel are required as part of career progression and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in training, goal setting, and employee development.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Clean driving record; CDL not required.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Military experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor route drivers and customer service reps.
• Conduct customer service audits and resolve issues promptly.
• Support route operations during absences, including driving routes.
• Drive growth and performance across the district through service excellence.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
• Maintain relationships with customers and reinforce service commitment.
• Perform other duties with a proactive, team-first mindset.
