Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Route Manager to lead our field team in Hillsboro, OR. You will supervise drivers and customer service reps, drive service excellence, and support district growth through coaching and frontline development.

Key focus areas include training, employee development, and maintaining strong customer relationships, with travel up to 50% and CDL not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in training, goal setting, and employee development.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Clean driving record (CDL not required).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor route drivers and customer service representatives.
• Conduct customer service audits and resolve issues promptly.
• Support route operations during absences, including driving routes as needed.
• Drive growth and performance across the district through service excellence.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and reinforce service commitments.
• Perform other duties with a proactive, team-first mindset.
