Qualifications

• Requires minimum 2 years of supervisory experience guiding teams.
• Experience in training, goal setting, employee development, and day-to-day team management.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities are essential.
• Clean driving record; CDL not required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities
