Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Route Manager who will lead drivers and customer service reps, coach frontline talent, and drive service excellence across your district. You will conduct audits, resolve issues, and support recruiting and onboarding while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in training, goal setting, employee development, and day-to-day team management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Clean driving record that meets company standards (CDL not required).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Willingness and ability to operate a delivery route when needed.
• Military experience highly valued and encouraged.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
