Responsibilities

• Lead HP Hood site drivers and the Distribution/Transportation Department.
• Provide new hire trainings with ride-along sessions.
• Conduct audits on the road and deliver trainings; promote safety programs and safe work habits.
• Assist with motor vehicle accident reports and injury investigations.
• Provide daily updates to customers and monitor route times.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints; assist with fleet management and equipment repairs.
• Maintain DOT, HOS, and FMCSA compliance; back up driving routes when needed.
