HP Hood LLC is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead site drivers and the Distribution/Transportation Department, collaborating with drivers on audits, training, and safety.
The role requires supervising the distribution team, conducting new hire trainings (including two ride-alongs weekly), and spending at least half the schedule on the road for audits and trainings. Strong knowledge of DOT/FMC regulations and fleet safety is essential.

Under the direction of the Distribution Manager, will provide all aspects of leadership to HP Hood site drivers as well as the Distribution/Transportation Department by collaborating with drivers on the road conducting audits and training.
Position is primarily based in an office environment but is subject to the same physical demands of the drivers – please see the attached list of physical demands.

The pay range for this position is $79,000 - $84,000 USD
