Job summary

FCC Environmental Services is seeking a Route Manager in St. Augustine, FL to oversee daily route assignments and ensure on-time, compliant service for customers.

You will monitor driver safety, attendance, and performance, coordinate with Safety and HR for drug testing and training, and work with Dispatch and Operations to resolve issues and improve routes. A high school diploma and DOT-experience in waste services are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business/computers/office management preferred.
• Experience in the waste industry with DOT regulated positions.
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily route assignments to ensure on-time service per contracts.
• Monitor service, safety, and production of all drivers on the route.
• Oversee driver time, attendance, and compliance with regulations.
• Resolve issues related to driver errors and missed pickups.
• Coordinate with Safety and HR for drug testing and training requirements.
• Maintain documents for DOT compliance and daily driver data.
• Collaborate with Dispatch and Operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
