You’ll ride along to evaluate performance, streamline routing, supervise vehicle maintenance, and build strong customer relationships to drive retention and renewals while addressing overdue accounts and service issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in route operations or field service; management experience is a plus.
• Strong customer-focused leadership and clear communication.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead with safety — run briefings, training, and hold the team to policy every day.
• Manage and develop a team of Non-CDL drivers: onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and performance.
• Ride along regularly to evaluate performance and remove barriers to success.
• Step in hands‑on when needed to keep routes running and service smooth.
• Keep routing and schedules current, and improve route sequencing for efficiency.
• Oversee truck maintenance and delivery/pick‑up logistics.
• Build strong customer relationships — drive retention, secure renewals, and spot growth opportunities.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve service issues.
