Gunderson's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Route Manager to lead our Night Routes team. You’ll supervise Non-CDL drivers on Sunday through Thursday, monitor safety, coach staff, and keep routes running smoothly in real time.

You’ll ride along, optimize sequencing, maintain customer relationships, resolve service issues, and drive renewals. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential to succeed in this field role.

• Experience in route operations, logistics, delivery, or field service management.
• Strong customer-focused leadership and clear communication.
• Solid problem-solving instincts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with safety - run briefings, training, and policy adherence.
• Manage and develop a team of Non-CDL drivers: onboarding, coaching, scheduling, performance.
• Ride along regularly to evaluate performance and remove barriers to success.
• Step in hands-on when needed to keep routes running and service smooth.
• Keep routing and schedules current, and improve route sequencing for efficiency.
• Oversee truck maintenance and delivery/pick-up logistics.
• Build strong customer relationships - drive retention, renewals, and growth.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve service issues.

We're hiring a Route Manager to lead our team of Route Representatives on our Night Routes, working Sunday through Thursday. If you like being in the field, solving problems in real time, and building a team that takes pride in doing the job right, this is your role.

Schedule: Night shift, Sunday-Thursday

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Experience in route operations, logistics, delivery, or field service (management experience a plus).

• Solid problem-solving instincts.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
