Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in the Chattanooga, TN area. Expect a flexible schedule of about 5-10 hours per week with a starting pay rate of $16.00- $18.00 per hour.

No experience required; paid training provided to set you up for success. You will travel to Home Depot and Lowe's stores within your territory to merchandise, build displays, and execute planograms, while maintaining audits and inventory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of the listed territory.
• A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance, with you listed as an insured driver.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between store locations on your route.
• A smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication and reporting.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required - paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service store locations.
• Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays.
• Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products stocked and customer-ready.
• Coordinate with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.
• Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers.
• Represent Signature Retail Services professionally in every store you visit.
• Manage your schedule to complete visits and projects on time, every time.
• Communicate promptly about attendance, scheduling, or anything that could affect a store visit.

Part- Time Merchandising Associate

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in our Chattanooga, TN market! This role offers the flexible schedule of approximately 5-10hours per week and a starting pay rate of $16.00- $18.00/ hour No experience necessary- we provide paid, hands‑on training to set you up for success on our team.

As a (FSR) Route Merchandising Associate, you'll independently travel to and service Big-Box Home Improvement stores, such as The Home Depot and Lowe's to merchandise, build displays, execute planograms, complete in-store survey audits, support seasonal resets, and help keep stores looking their best. Your Territory

This position services store locations in Chattanooga, Cleveland, Hixson, Athens, Kimball, Dayton, Ooltewah, TN. Regular travel to assigned stores within the route is essential for this role.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• This is a physically active role that requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and climbing rolling staircases or step ladders to retrieve and stock products. You'll also regularly lift and move products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
