Job summary

Signature Retail Services is seeking a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate to service the Columbus, OH market. You’ll travel to local stores, merchandise products, build displays, execute planograms, and support resets while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Training is provided, and you’ll work roughly 20–25 hours per week at $16.00–$18.00 per hour. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail‑oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable driving your own vehicle within the territory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Live within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• Proof of a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between assigned store locations throughout the route.
• Possess a smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access to support daily communication and reporting requirements.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
• Role involves standing, walking, bending, stooping, ladder use, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently throughout an assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service designated store locations.
• Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays to enhance product visibility and presentation.
• Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and ensure products are fully stocked and customer-ready.
• Partner with store personnel to assess inventory levels, recommend replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.
• Serve as a product expert by providing knowledgeable support to store associates and customers, answering questions, and sharing product information.
• Maintain a professional presence while representing Signature Retail Services and client partners in store.

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in the (Columbus, OH) market!

Looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? Earn $16.00-$18.00 per hour and work approximately 20-25 hours per week. No experience? No problem! We provide paid, hands-on training to help you succeed.

As a Route Merchandising Associate, you'll travel to stores such as The Home Depot and Lowe's to merchandise products, build displays, execute planograms, support seasonal resets, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure stores are looking their best. Route Territory Coverage

This route services store locations in Lewis Center, Westerville, Powell, Columbus, and surrounding areas. Regular travel throughout the territory is essential for this role.
