• Proof of a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between store locations.
• A smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required; paid training available.
• Role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently throughout the assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service store locations.
• Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, POP materials, fixtures, and displays to present products well.
• Down‑stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products stocked and customer‑ready.
• Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place orders.
• Be the go‑to product expert for store associates and customers, answering questions and sharing knowledge.
• Represent Signature Retail Services professionally in every store you visit.
• Show up reliably and manage your schedule to complete visits and projects on time.
• Communicate attendance or scheduling issues promptly and meet client service standards.
• Additional duties may be assigned to support business objectives.

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in the Bessemer, AL market! This role offers the flexibility to build a schedule around school, another job, or other commitments, while earning $17.00- $19.00 per hour and working approximately 15 hours per week. No experience is necessary- we provide paid, hands‑on training to set you up for success.

As a Route Merchandising Associate, you'll travel to big box Home Improvement stores such as The Home Depot and Lowe's to build displays, execute planograms, support seasonal resets, and help keep stores looking their best. • This role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and ladder use, plus the ability to regularly lift and move materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
