Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in Murfreesboro, TN to service stores like Home Depot and Lowe's with planograms and displays. The role offers 15-20 hours per week and a starting pay of $16.00-$19.00 per hour, with paid training and independent travel within the territory.

You'll work across Murfreesboro, Smyrna, and Nashville, maintaining shelves, installing labels, and collaborating with store staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• A valid driver's license and current auto insurance, with you listed as an insured driver.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between store locations on your route.
• A smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication and reporting.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required - we offer paid weekday training for motivated candidates.
• This is a physically active role that requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and climbing stairs or step ladders to retrieve and stock products. You may lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently across territory using personal vehicle to service stores.
• Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays.
• Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products stocked and customer-ready.
• Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.
• Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers.
• Represent Signature Retail Services professionally in every store you visit.
• Manage your schedule so visits and projects are completed on time, every time.
• Communicate promptly about attendance, scheduling, or anything that could affect a store visit.

Join the Signature Retail Services team as a Route Merchandising Associate!

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in our Murfreesboro, TN market! This role offers the flexible schedule of approximately 15-20 hours per week and a starting pay rate of $16.00- $19.00 per hour. No experience is necessary- we provide paid, hands-on training to set you up for success on our team.

As a Route Merchandising Associate, you'll travel to big box Home Improvement stores, such as The Home Depot and Lowe's to build displays, execute planograms, support seasonal resets, and help keep stores looking their best. Your Territory

This position regularly services store locations throughout Murfreesboro, Smyrna, and Nashville, TN.

What You'll Do
