Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners is hiring a Route Service Representative in Springfield, MA. The role requires independent travel across a broad retail territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with standards. You will set up and maintain displays, stock shelves, and coordinate with store managers to hit merchandising goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and be on the move for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• This is a physically active route role requiring vehicle access and daily travel.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans.
• Set up, replenish and merchandise products in stores on a route.
• Arrange and maintain displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms for consistency across locations.
• Work with store managers to achieve merchandising goals.
