SRP Companies in Springfield, MA, is seeking a Route Service Representative to travel across a large territory, set up and merchandise products, and maintain attractive displays while ensuring planograms and promotional materials are correct.

The role is physical, requires frequent vehicle entry/exit, and involves overnight travel as needed. Hours are long with overtime potential; compensation reflects hourly, non-exempt status with a base pay.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom).
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
• This is a physical job that requires the driver to get in and out of a vehicle frequently.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Travel across a large territory of store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route driving a SRP vehicle.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms for consistency across locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure materials are placed correctly.
• Collaborate with store managers to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock and rotate products, ensuring shelves are stocked.
