Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners in Bloomington, Minnesota is seeking a Route Service Representative to combine merchandising, customer service and driving in a fast-paced field role.

You will travel across a large territory, set up displays, manage stock, and collaborate with store managers to meet goals. The position is full-time, requires a valid driver's license, and offers weekly pay with benefits. Overnight travel of 2–3 nights per week may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Tech savvy with smartphone apps.
• Experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route using a company vehicle.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure materials are placed accurately.
• Work with store managers and team members to achieve goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and maintain inventory in-store.
