Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to merchandise products on designated routes and maintain stock to ensure excellent customer service. You will fill displays, rotate stock, and manage backroom organization while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires physical work, valid driver's license, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Weekend/holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record per company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport product between backroom and display floor.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves according to standards.
• On-time arrival at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties.
• Operate manual and powered handling equipment.
• Maintain and organize stock as needed.
• Foster relationship with account personnel and provide excellent customer service.
