Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is hiring a Sales Merchandiser for designated routes in Montana. You will stock and merchandize products, ensure displays are filled and organized, and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to provide exceptional service.

The role requires safe operation of hand-trucks and pallets, reliable attendance, and on-time visits to customer locations. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel 10% are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of general work experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport product between backroom and display floor.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves.
• On-time arrival at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties.
• Operate manual and powered handling equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.).
• Maintain and organize stock at accounts.
• Ensure neat appearance of equipment and product.
• Monitor trade breakage and manage back-room areas.
• Maintain quality assurance standards at each account.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior service.
• Report mileage and maintain records per IRS and company standards.
