Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to stock, merchandise, and maintain product availability on designated routes while delivering superior customer service. You will travel to accounts, set up displays, rotate stock, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Role requires safe operation of hand-trucks and pallet jacks, valid driver's license, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate hand-truck and pallet jack.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport product between backroom and display floor.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves according to standards.
• On-time arrival at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties.
• Operate manual and powered handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand-truck).
• Maintain and organize stock as needed; ensure neat appearance of equipment and product in accounts.
• Foster relationships with account staff and provide superior customer service.
• Maintain CCBCHC safety and quality standards at accounts.
• Monitor competitor activity and manage trade advertising at accounts.
