Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to stock and merchandise products on designated routes, ensuring beverage sections and displays meet standards. You will build strong customer relationships and maintain stock across accounts.

The role requires safe operations of equipment, on-time travel, and proactive communication with management. Physical requirements include lifting and moving items; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport product between backroom and display floor.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves.
• Arrive on-time at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties.
• Operate manual and powered handling equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck).
• Maintain and organize stock at designated accounts.
• Ensure neat appearance of equipment and products in stores.
• Maintain safe working environment and follow company policies.
