Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to stock and merchandise products on designated routes, ensuring full shelves and attractive displays. You will support customer service, maintain stock levels, and keep backrooms organized while adhering to safety standards.

The role emphasizes timely merchandising, precise product placement, and proactive communication with store personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of general work experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport product between backroom and display floor.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves.
• On-time arrival at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties.
• Operate pallet jack and other handling equipment as required.
• Maintain and organize stock and ensure neat appearance of equipment.
• Foster strong relationships with account personnel and provide good service.
