Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to stock and merchandise beverages at designated accounts on a daily route. You will ensure product availability, neat displays, and quality standards while engaging with store personnel to provide superior customer service.

The role requires reliable transportation, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and adherence to safety policies. Weekend and some holidays may be required as part of travel and sales duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport product between backroom and display floor.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves according to standards.
• On-time arrival at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties.
• Operate manual and powered handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck).
• Maintain and organize stock as needed.
• Ensure neat appearance of equipment and product in assigned accounts.
• Travel to other company locations approximately 10% and attend out-of-town training.
• Maintain a safe working environment and comply with regulations.
