Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser Specialist to cover routes when teammates are away, stock displays, and ensure timely deliveries to customer locations. This fast-paced role requires safety focus, ability to lift heavy loads, and weekend/holiday availability.

You will work under supervision to maintain established routes, train new teammates, and coordinate with sales and customer management teams to satisfy commitments.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate on a fast-paced route environment.
• Strong emphasis on safety and compliance.
• English reading, writing and math basics required.
• Experience with route delivery, stocking, merchandising or retail management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover vacation routes to maintain established route standards and sales.
• Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves, displays and coolers.
• Follow route discipline protocols (bulk, conventional, full service, cold).
• Assist the Supervisor in training new route teammates and support safety initiatives.
• Address urgent customer needs in a timely and professional manner across teams.
• Assist supervisor with projects and territory tasks as assigned.
