Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to deliver pre-ordered products to assigned accounts on specified routes. This role requires safe driving, proper merchandising, and maintaining inventory in coordination with customer needs.

You will work Monday through Friday with a 5 AM start, apply DOT compliant procedures, and use pallet jacks as needed. Local delivery experience is preferred, and CDL may be required depending on route.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience required.
• CDL Class A with coverage for automatic and manual; Illinois residents need IL CDL.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers on assigned route. Merchandise, displays and rotates products according to company standards; collects returns.
• Create customer invoices, collect money due, and settle all customer accounts daily.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet customer expectations through communication and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies including DOT regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
