Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or permit preferred; obtain if needed.
• Ability to pass DOT physical requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
• Strong safety awareness and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Cover vacation routes to maintain sales and customer service.
• Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves, displays, and coolers.
• Perform route discipline tasks (bulk, conventional, full service, cold bottle).
• Assist the Supervisor in training new route teammates and support safety and efficiency.
• Address urgent customer needs promptly by coordinating with sales, delivery, and management teams.
• Support supervisor with projects across the territory and other duties as assigned.
