Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to drive and deliver pre-ordered products on assigned routes. You will merchandise, display, rotate products, and collect returns from customer locations.

You will also handle invoicing, payments, and daily settlements using company systems, while delivering excellent service and resolving issues promptly. The role requires a Class A CDL with both automatic and manual coverage and compliance with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• CDL license with both automatic and manual coverage; Illinois residents need IL CDL.
• Pallet jack experience preferred; ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification on hire.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers on assigned route, merchandises and rotates products as per standards.
• Creates customer invoices, collects payments, settles accounts daily using computer systems.
• Provides excellent customer service and resolves issues with appropriate follow-up.
• Ensures compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Collaborates with other departments to maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
