Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Route Specialist to cover routes when teammates are away and manage established routes, including orders, delivery, and unloading at customer locations. You will stock and face products on displays, maintain rotation standards, and train new teammates as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• CDL or permit (Class A) or ability to obtain.
• Excellent safety record and physical capability to perform routine lifting

Responsibilities

• Cover vacation routes to maintain sales and service levels.
• Fill, merchandise, rotate products on shelves and displays.
• Assist with training new route sales teammates.
• Handle urgent customer needs in coordination with sales and delivery teams.
• Support supervisor with projects and shop-floor duties as needed.
