Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Retail Route Merchandiser to stock vending machines and micro-markets across client locations. You will build customer relationships, upsell products, and ensure clean, appealing displays.

The role requires safe driving, inventory management, and routine quality checks on perishable items. You will work with a dedicated team to coordinate deliveries, manage cash handling, and report on inventory and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop and reach throughout the route.
• Must be 21+ for DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to store layouts and promotions; restock shelves and coolers.
• Drive the company vehicle to deliver merchandise and communicate product changes to management.
• Handle cash from kiosks following loss-prevention protocols.
• Ensure perishable items are properly refrigerated and stocked.
• Engage with customers professionally and upsell where appropriate.
• Complete full inventory counts per company protocol.
• Inspect food quality and appearance and report issues.
