Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services. We are seeking a Retail Route Merchandiser to stock vending machines and micro-markets, keep areas clean, and present products in an appealing way across client locations.

You’ll drive the company vehicle, manage inventory, restock, handle cash, and build strong relationships with store teams while focusing on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Must consent to drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks on route.
• Must be 21+ to meet DOT requirements.
• Preferred: merchandising experience and Route/DOT experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock vending machines and micro markets according to store layouts and promotions.
• Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels while ensuring product quality.
• Drive safety-consciously, load/unload products, and deliver to client locations.
• Handle cash at kiosks and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, greet customers, and collect feedback.
